Performance

Performance is where you learn what worked and what deserves another look. It uses three lenses on the same underlying data (Overview, Top Posts, Recent Activity) so you can audit a synfluencer's growth, leaderboard, or chronological feed without flipping between pages.

How to access

Click Performance in the left sidebar, then choose Insights. Requires an active Synfluencer. Deep-link to a specific tab via ?tab=overview, ?tab=top, or ?tab=recent.

Three tabs

  • Overview — Account-level cards (followers, impressions, reach), follower delta vs. yesterday, cadence streak, and the Engagement data: N/M synced pill that exposes per-post sync coverage. The one Refresh button drives both Upload-Post sync and the per-post backfill.
  • Top Posts — Leaderboard table with Title, Platforms, Posted (date+time), Likes, Shares, Comments, Engagement Rate, and a vs Baseline column showing how each post performs against this synfluencer's own 30-day rolling baseline. Each row carries a Source badge: Per-post (real ScrapeCreators numbers) or Account (Upload-Post account-level fallback).
  • Recent Activity — Chronological feed of every recent post with its per-platform link (click the title to open it on the platform) and key engagement counts. Useful when you want to scan everything that went out, not just the leaderboard.

Per-post engagement, honestly

Per-post engagement (likes, views, comments, shares) is fetched from ScrapeCreators when the post is published and again on a daily schedule. While that sync is in flight, the table shows account-level estimates and an amber Account source pill so you know what you're looking at. Click the data-quality pill in the page header to run an immediate backfill for the last 30 days.

For a Facebook post matched to one of your published URLs, the per-post row uses Facebook's exact public-post likes, comments, shares, and views. Facebook can omit a Reel detail view count; in that case Synfluencer keeps the profile-feed view rather than replacing it with zero.

Looking for comments and replies? The comment inbox moved to the Performance → Engagement page. Insights is for reporting; Engagement is for triage.
