Team & clients

Keep each Synfluencer's voice and work separate while the right people edit, review, or follow along. Open Settings → Team & clients to manage access, assignments, client links, reports, and usage history.

Choose a role

  • Owner — manages members, billing, client allocation, reports, and workspace settings.
  • Editor — creates and edits permitted work, runs approved AI actions, and can prepare reviews and reports.
  • Reviewer — comments, approves, or requests changes on assigned reviews.
  • Viewer — can inspect the work they are allowed to see without changing it.

Invite and assign

  1. Invite a teammate by email and choose the least-permissive role that fits their job.
  2. Assign the Synfluencers or client work they need. They do not automatically gain access to every profile.
  3. From Review, assign one or more reviewers and set the number of approvals required.
  4. Resend or revoke a pending invitation when access changes.

Give a client one safe review

Create an expiring client review link from the assigned review. The link opens only that content and its platform versions. It does not expose your queue, performance data, integrations, billing, or workspace. The client can leave a note, approve, or request changes; the result is added to the same decision history as internal review.

Reports and accountable usage

Owners and editors can freeze a performance snapshot for a workspace, Synfluencer, or client, then download CSV/PDF or share a revocable report link. Owners can also export usage statements by feature, Synfluencer, client, and teammate. AI work is charged to the workspace billing owner while preserving who ran it.

Client review links and report links are separate. A review link is for one content decision; a report link is a frozen performance snapshot. Revoke either link when it no longer needs to be available.
